Corian, inlaid with 7075 for a more durable tracing interactive for the American Museum of Natural History “Brain” exhibit. In addition to using harder base materials, the stylus of the pen is now made from a brass alloy, which should provide better wear characteristics than the original pieces. Here I’m doing a little cleanup and test fitting of the metal pieces before moving on to the next step.
